About us

KML Occupational Health provides a wide range of services that keep your employees healthy and reduce absenteeism.

We provide services covering both physical and mental health, to ensure staff wellbeing is taken care of. The key focus is on absence prevention supported by the application of measures to prevent cases escalating.

Key services include medicals, health surveillances (such as heart, lungs, sight), drug and alcohol tests (planned and call-out) and sickness absence management.

We focus on people not roles and work across many industries. Due to our lineage though, we have much experience of working with clients and their staff who operate in safety critical roles and industries such as construction, rail and energy.

Each year, KML OH provide health services to thousands of employees UK wide. We have our own clinics but mostly deliver workplace health services at our clients sites. This may be at a head or regional office or a temporary location such as a construction site.

We carry all recognised certifications including SEQOHS and RISQS and use an industry recognised secure database and records management system. All systems comply with IT and privacy requirements.

We believe that Good work is Good health and strive where possible to keep staff in their roles and reduce downtime.

KML Occupational Health staff deliver a personal and unbiased service and work within HSE and industry guidelines.

Services provided include those from pre-employment to exit and ill-health retirement.

We can also provide health and wellness advice, events and training such a Mental Heath First Aid courses.

Whilst we hold a number of frameworks and contracts with national and local companies, we also help with micro-businesses and service one-off ad-hoc requirements.

  • What our clients say

KML OH response time on pre-placement questionnaires is excellent; the outcome is usually sent through to the relevant HR consultant within 48 hours.
Case management provided by KML OH has also been very good. Again, turnaround time on referral submitted to KML is pleasingly quick. The reports produced in dealing with the referral are comprehensive, detailed and easily understandable. Recommendations are set out in simple, easy to follow terms, which is very welcome.

  • What our clients say

I have been working with KML since February 2016 and during this time I have found KML OH a pleasure to work with. The service they have provided has been excellent, from both an organisation and testing perspective.
I have been particularly impressed with their response to emergency requests; they have been very professional and capable to deal with any requests and enquiries.
As such I would have no hesitation in recommending KML OH to carry out works of this nature to other organisations.
