Our Values

KML Occupational Health was formed to support its parent company.  We uphold the high standards of the construction and rail industries.

All clients large and small are sure of receiving a personal and professional health service for their staff.

We pride ourselves on delivering a personal rather than ‘production-line’ service. This ensures all requirements are covered and staff can work safely.

We are certified to both SEQOHS and RISQS standards. These organisations audit our system in depth each year.

KML ensure all staff keep their qualifications and knowledge up to date through continual professional development.

All staff are trained MHFA Mental Health First Aiders.

SEQOHS

SEQOHS is run by The Society of Occupational Medicine.

The SEQOHS accreditation scheme is an integral part of the occupational health service landscape. Therefore it is accepted in both the public and private sectors as the recognised industry standard.

SEQOHS accreditation provides independent and impartial recognition that the occupational health service we provide has objectively demonstrated our competence, as defined by the SEQOHS standards, to a team of trained assessors.

RISQS

This annually audited standard allows KML to deliver occupational health services across the rail industry. Rail is a very high risk sector and therefore our services come under the strict scrutiny you would expect of this demanding arena.

The RISQS scheme embraces rail’s qualification arrangements. RISQS is industry-owned and governed, sponsored by a committee of representatives from across the rail industry. This reports into the RSSB Board, and RSSB provides a range of services to support operational delivery of the scheme.

  • What our clients say

“ I would happily recommend KML OH to other business; overall I have been exceptionally happy with the service provided. Appointments are booked with ease and the response is swift.’’

    Maria, HR Business Manager
  • What our clients say

KML OH response time on pre-placement questionnaires is excellent; the outcome is usually sent through to the relevant HR consultant within 48 hours.
Case management provided by KML OH has also been very good. Again, turnaround time on referral submitted to KML is pleasingly quick. The reports produced in dealing with the referral are comprehensive, detailed and easily understandable. Recommendations are set out in simple, easy to follow terms, which is very welcome.

  • What our clients say

I have been working with KML since February 2016 and during this time I have found KML OH a pleasure to work with. The service they have provided has been excellent, from both an organisation and testing perspective.
I have been particularly impressed with their response to emergency requests; they have been very professional and capable to deal with any requests and enquiries.
As such I would have no hesitation in recommending KML OH to carry out works of this nature to other organisations.
