KML OH will work with you to ensure that our OH team have a robust understanding of your employee’s roles and responsibilities and your scope for accommodating any sickness absence or capability concerns.
Employee’s must consent to this service and be made aware of the purpose of the occupational health referral.
Occupational health reports are objective and pertinent (within the constraints of employee consent and confidentiality)
The services we offer are as follows:
Case Management covers long-term and sporadic sickness absence. These assessments are completed by an OH Nurse.
Following the assessments, we provide both parties with an unbiased report.
These reports are used by HR and Managers to manage absence cases.
